DESCRIPTION:Join Cultivate Kindness at SPARK York for a gentle yoga and restorative sound bath as part of York Environment Festival 2026. \nI’m delighted to be part of York Environment Festival 2026\, bringing Cultivate Kindness to SPARK York for two special Sound Bath & Gentle Yoga sessions. \nYork Environment Festival is a city-wide festival celebrating environmental action\, sustainability\, community and positive change across York. The 2026 festival runs from 3 October to 1 November 2026\, bringing together a diverse programme of events and activities across the city. \nThese sessions offer a chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life\, gently move the body\, connect with the breath and finish with a restorative sound bath. \nSound Bath & Gentle Yoga in York\nWe’ll begin with a gentle and accessible yoga practice\, followed by a relaxing sound bath using singing bowls and sound. \nYou don’t need any previous yoga or sound bath experience. This is an opportunity to slow down\, breathe and simply be. \nFor me\, being part of York Environment Festival is about recognising that caring for our environment can also involve caring for ourselves. \nTaking time to rest and reconnect can give us the space to consider how we want to show up for our communities and the world around us. \nMove • Breathe • Listen • Rest \nSPARK York\nThe sessions will take place at SPARK York\, a creative community venue in the heart of York city centre at 17–21 Piccadilly\, York\, YO1 9PB. SPARK describes itself as a community venue\, creative workspace and event space supporting independent businesses and community events.
