£8.00 – £12.00Our classes start with a gentle warm-up and some pranayama (Guided breathing exercises), gradually building into sun salutations and standing poses to warm up the entire body. We’ll then move into seated and supine poses to release tension in the hips and lower back this will lead into a Vinyasa flow. Finally, we’ll end the class with 5 minutes of Savasana to allow the body and mind to fully relax, this will be accompanied by a essential oils to help reduce stress.
Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, our classes are suitable for all levels. Our instructors will guide you through each pose, encouraging you to move at your own pace and focus on your breath.
