Nurturing Yoga Class

£8.00 – £12.00This Nurturing Yoga class is perfect for anyone looking to release tension and experience the benefits of a gentle, but deep stretch. Come join us for a slow and grounding yoga class that focuses on stretching your body, calming your mind, and connecting with your breath.
We will begin with some gentle warm-up movements, followed by a series of Sun Salutations to warm up the body and create a flow of energy. Throughout the class, you will be guided through a series of slow and mindful yoga poses aimed at stretching and lengthening the body.
Towards the end of the class, we will integrate some sound bowls to bring a deep sense of relaxation to the body and mind, and help you release any pent-up tension or stress. The sound waves will stimulate a meditative state, and help you connect with your inner self, and truly melt into the present moment.
We will then end the class with a relaxing Shavasana where you can rest, rejuvenate, and fully absorb all the benefits of the practice. You will leave feeling more calm, centered, and with a greater sense of presence in your life. Join us for this exquisite and transformative yoga class!
