  1. Lauren’s classes are a perfect mix of relaxing and energising. I always feel refreshed and recharged afterwards and love the sound bath during savasena.

  2. Really enjoying and finding relaxing/good way to learn to be in the body/ease stress. Would just note when I was first tried to message about if I needed a yoga mat at all had no response by email or text so would double check you are receiving ok incase anyone anyone else tries to get in touch

  7. Thankyou, I came to the class for the first time this eve. Much needed space out of my ‘Busy mind’
    I found all the little extras nurturing as well such as the cooling gel and some adjustments on my head and shoulders. x
    looking forward to the sound healing.

  8. I saw a flyer for Cultivate Kindness’s Yoga classes in my wife’s charity shop in Acomb, and was struck by the idea of exercise to bring more kindness to yourself and the world. Just what we all need at the moment! The class was gently paced, suitable for a beginner like me, but felt very deep and pure. Lauren clearly has a great passion and understanding for yoga, which she expressed simply, gently and clearly. She was sensitive to everyone’s different abilities, needs and boundaries. Bodyworks Pilates Studio was perfect for a small class of less than 15 people, and the ambience, with essential oils and gentle music, was very soothing. Afterwards I felt relaxed but focused. Wonderful that Acomb now has something like this, highly recommended. Thank you.

If you feel 100 miles per hour and need to calm down then I highly recommend you take a class. I feel amazing and ready for a nice calm evening after I leave the session. Thank you Lauren 🙂

  11. I attended a class (with some misgivings) but Lauren’s style is so calming and relaxed that I started to enjoy myself within a minute or two. After the session I felt about two inches taller and as if I’d had a nap on a sunny beach!
    Would recommend for anybody who needs to have some calm. That’s everyone, in case you wondered!
